Clara is from Rio de Janeiro, a Public Manager with a degree from UFRJ and a specialization in Urban and Regional Planning. She is interested in discussions on the right to the city, democracy, human rights and climate.
She has been active in social movements and organizations for ten years, and was Human Rights Director of UNE, Coordinator of the Esperança Garcia Popular Education Movement and a Parliamentary Advisor. She has experience in networking, team coordination, mobilization and advocacy strategies and project consultancy.
At Coding Rights she works as a Community Manager, building networks and developing articulation strategies from a collective, transfeminist and anti-racist perspective.
